Crescent 201 is a stunning condo located in The Crescent complex, close to Big White village center, nestled on the hill and overlooking the picturesque Monashee Mountains. This spacious and bright unit is situated on the top floor, boasting high ceilings that add to its open and airy ambience. One of the standout features of Crescent 201 is its private hot tub on the balcony, offering guests breathtaking mountain views, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of winter skiing or biking in the summer.
The unit comes fully furnished, providing all the amenities of a home, a Bose sound system, Telus cable TV, and reliable Wi-Fi. The inviting living room features a large and exceptionally comfortable sectional sofa, perfect for relaxing and entertaining both adults and kids.
The open-concept apartment boasts two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a bunk bed with a twin on top and a double on the bottom, as well as a single-size foldout foam futon and a TV for added convenience. The second bathroom comes equipped with a steam shower (sauna) and features heated floors, just like the hallway and both bathrooms.
The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, providing all the necessary tools for culinary enthusiasts to prepare their favorite meals.
Crescent 201 is stocked with essential items, such as toiletries, cleaning supplies, linens, and towels, making it easy for guests to settle in comfortably. Laundry facilities are also available in the unit.
Guests will have access to the entire condo, with the exception of one locked pantry reserved for personal use. Additionally, they can make use of the garage and storage locker. A property manager and dedicated cleaner are on hand, but guests can enjoy the convenience of keyless entry via coded locks, eliminating the need for face-to-face interactions. However, it's essential to be respectful of the neighbors during the stay.
While the condo offers a fantastic location for ski-in/ski-out access in the winter, it also allows for bike-in/bike-out convenience during the summer months. Various restaurants, and bars.
Transportation options include an assigned parking spot in the garage and some limited visitor parking. Shuttles are available during the winter ski months to/from Kelowna Airport and Downtown Kelowna.
